Are your headsets broken or not working properly?

At BUCKERBOOK we carry out helmet repair services with official technical centers.

Process:
  1. Once the helmets are received in our store, and the conditions of the repair service are accepted by the customer, we will send it to the technical center designated for that specific helmet. 
  2. Upon contacting the technical center, they will send us a repair estimate, which we will send to you by e-mail.
  3. If you decide to accept it, we will send you an invoice with the final amount and you will receive the helmets at the requested address.
  4. If you do not accept the repair estimate, given by the technical center, you will have to pay only the shipping and return shipping together with the cost of the appraisal and you will receive the helmets at the requested address.
