Although it is a challenge to teach a certain subject in a simple and pleasant way, it is possible thanks to the experiences and knowledge acquired. Based on this same principle, we have accepted a challenge different from the rest, more complex but no less exciting, the challenge of "teaching how to teach".

Flight Instructor is focused on those pilots who wish to become aeronautical educators, aeronautical psychologists, aeronautical friends, among other titles, since a flight instructor usually fulfils all these roles in the cockpit of an aircraft. Teaching is an art that requires flying over different stages of a student's personality, as each person is different and each of these different people corresponds to a certain instructor with a certain personality that manages to get the maximum performance out of that student.

In this new edition, we will learn the basic theoretical concepts that a flight instructor must master. Concepts such as the teaching and learning process, the communication process and the evaluation process. Teaching techniques according to the different personalities of a student, basic concepts of body language and more. "Teaching how to teach", this is the premise of this manual. The objective is to know in depth each instance of each process and to master its techniques.
