This Spaniard, a pioneer in the field of aeronautics in the first decade of the 20th century, who in the context in which industrial development only allowed experimenting flight with the error/accident method, had the courage to design a prototype with which he put his life on the line to fulfill his dream: to fly.
He was the first Spaniard to make an airplane fly and the first one whose life was cost by this feat.
