The 37th Wing is stationed at Villanubla Air Base (Valladolid).
The 37th Wing was created in September 1962 at Los Llanos Air Base (Albacete), equipped with 25 DC-3 aircraft, of American manufacture, and with Spanish designation T-3.
The Wing is operationally structured in the Air Force as an Air Transport Unit.
Operational Unit: Combat Air Command (MACOM).
Organizational Dependence : General Air Command (MAGEN)
