The book Un Tejano en España. El T-6 en el Ejército del Aire details how this iconic trainer aircraft, known for its versatility and reliability, became an essential piece of training for Spanish pilots.
The North American T-6 Texan was a single-engine advanced trainer aircraft created in the 1930s and used to train pilots of the U.S. Army Air Forces, U.S. Navy, Royal Air Force and other British Commonwealth Air Forces during World War II and the years that followed, and also served in many other countries.
